The Best Chocolate Cake/Cupcakes EVER!
2 cups white sugar
1 3/4 cup flour
3/4 cup cocoa
2 tsp b. soda
1 tsp b. powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup buttermilk
1 cup strong black coffee (can use instant coffee)
1/2 cup veg. oil
1 tsp vanilla
Beat at medium speed for 2 mins-verry runny batter
Pour batter into greased 9X13 pan or cupcake pods.
Bake at 350 for 35-40 mins for cake or 20-25 minutes for cupcakes.
Let cool and top with your favorite icing.
